With ample experience in the luxury travel sector, Juan spend 12 years at the Alvear Palace Hotel, one of the most recognised hotels in the world, where he was appointed Director of Sales & Marketing.
In 2001 while still at the Alvear and with the endorsement of the hotel owners, he successfully developed BOP, the collection of the most exclusive hotels & cruises of the Southern Cone.
In 2005 after a few years directing BOP under the umbrella of the Alvear structure Juan founded BOP Project, the consulting firm that manages BOP - Best of South America and MyReps.travel.
Juan holds an MBA from The University of Leicester - UK.
Mariana Bruggia
Marketing Manager
Mariana has started her career in the hospitality industry when she joined the PR and Press Department at the Alvear Palace Hotel in 2002.
Since 2004, Mariana coordinates BOP marketing activities worldwide. Her principal focus is organizing tradeshows, road shows , sales blitz and various special events in Buenos Aires and around the world.
Mariana also supervises the designing of brochures, website, digital audiovisual material and collaterals required for BOP and MyReps.travel activities.
Mariana has a degree in Public Relationships and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications.
Claudina Gonzalez Escariz
Account Manager
Claudina has over fifteen years of experience in some of Argentina’s most prestigious hotels, such as Llao Llao Hotel & Resort, Golf - Spa, (located in Patagonia and member of The Leading Hotels of the World) and Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center.
Claudina has ample skills and experience in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
Claudina has a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires where she currently works as a professor and investigator.
